Claude Workflow Kit

Run any project, technical or not, with Claude Code as a working partner

A folder you open with Claude Code. It carries the method behind the seven products on this site: one constitution per project, one cockpit that says where you are, one session at a time, and a gate that refuses to call a thing done without its proof. Claude reads the folder, checks your machine, teaches the method one chapter at a time, and creates your first project with you.

Who it is for

People who have never opened a terminal

A job search, a book or a thesis, a small business, an event, a content calendar. The kit ships one template per case. You answer a few questions in plain language; Claude writes the project's rules and its cockpit, and every later session starts from what the last one left.

Developers already using Claude Code

The software template, the CASP state tool, steering sessions that arbitrate before they code, unattended chains, parallel sessions with one controller. Every command is namespaced (/thales:next, /thales:cto), so your own skills keep their names.

Install in three steps

These are the three human steps of INSTALL.md. After them, Claude does everything else with you, in conversation, and helps you if something goes wrong.

  1. Step 1

    Get a paid Claude plan

    Subscribe to Pro or higher at claude.ai. The free plan does not include Claude Code. On Windows, also install Git from git-scm.com and click Next on every screen.

  2. Step 2

    Install Claude

    Open a terminal and paste the line for your computer, then close the terminal and open a new one.

    First line: Mac. Second line: Windows (PowerShell).

  3. Step 3

    Start Claude and let it guide you

    Type claude, log in with your Claude account, trust the folder, then paste this message:

    Hello. I am not technical. Please install the workflow kit for me: clone https://github.com/ThalesGnimavo/thales-gnimavo-claude-workflow-kit into my home folder, then open the file INSTALL.md inside it, read its section "For Claude" and follow it. Explain each step simply, and tell me exactly what to do when you need me.

With git

The form Claude uses in step 3. Updates later come from /thales:update.

The latest release, as a zip attached to its GitHub Release. Unzip it in your home folder, then follow step 3 with that folder open.
